Nominees in this category must have an active trade program or product which will be approved by ATIA.

A hotel or resort group which may be based either in Australia or internationally.

Carriers providing scheduled services originating in Australia using their own aircraft, to either a domestic or international destination.

Carriers providing scheduled services between wholly international destinations, with no direct flights to or from Australia, using their own aircraft.

Companies operating ocean cruises from either Australian or international ports. The cruise line must own and operate its own fleet of cruise ships under their brand.

Companies operating river cruises on a year round basis.

This category is restricted to companies which own and operate their own fleet of vehicles.

This award is a celebration of those teams that go above and beyond standard booking terms & conditions and individual group policy, to deliver outstanding service. Nominees in this category must have an established call centre in Australia.

This team is responsible for supporting travel agent bookings and group reservations, as well as providing customer support in managing booking issues. The nominated team must have a minimum of 3 Australian-based team members who are available during regular business hours. Global support teams are permitted, however the majority of services must be provided by the Australian team.

This award recognises the travel industry training program that best equips its students to succeed within the Travel & Tourism Industry. The training program can be geared towards newcomers to the travel industry or upskilling existing travel professionals to meet evolving trends and technology.

This award recognises the supplier which demonstrates a commitment to sustainability.

Nominees in this category include GDS's, payment providers, travel insurance providers, consolidators and other travel support services. This category recognises the development and implementation of innovative solutions that leverage technology, client-centric strategies and unique offerings that benefit their clients.

This category recognises the most exciting, creative and innovative marketing campaigns which promotes travel. The category is open to both travel agenceies and suppliers. Where eligible, the nominee must be ATIA Accredited.
